Job Description:

time. We are looking for a rising B2B marketing leader to help
create a measurable revenue impact on our dependent care business.
As part of the revenue marketing team, you will shape and manage
the marketing strategy designed to drive employer interest towards
our dependent care offerings. You will work closely with - and
learn from - experienced teams across the organization, such as
revenue operations, product marketing, sales, and our executive
leadership.
This is an opportunity to transform business goals into quarterly
plans that directly influence revenue and grow a team around the
function. What you will do:
--- Plan and lead the execution of multi-channel B2B marketing
campaigns based on specific target verticals, including industry,
persona, place in the customer lifecycle, etc.--- Partner with
product marketing and client visibility to leverage our evolving
positioning and messaging to drive engagement among HR buyers---
Leverage data-driven thinking to optimize lead to revenue process,
as well as strong communication skills to make recommendations and
inform wins --- Manage third-party vendors, agencies, and marketing
services teams to execute key campaigns --- Establish a close
partnership with business development, sales, and account
management teams to help build and progress the pipeline What you
bring to the role:
--- 4+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in a(n)
revenue marketing, demand generation, or account-based marketing
role--- Ability to master different audiences and craft
personalized customer journeys--- Understanding of the B2B sales
funnel and customer lifecycle--- Excellent problem-solving skills
with an outstanding eye for detail--- Strong cross-functional
skills, with the ability to work collaboratively, take strategic
and business direction, and support leadership--- Experience using
marketing technology, preferably Salesforce and Demandbase--- BA/BS
required
