About the team

Auto and Equipment Finance at FIS is a fast-paced, high-growth area focused on bringing maximum value to our auto and equipment customers. Offering a true front to back-office solution, the team is uniquely positioned to grow top-line revenue, reduce transaction times, improve operations, and manage the leasing life cycle efficiently for our clients. FIS' Auto and Equipment Finance business unit provides a flexible and effective way for banks, captives, and independent finance companies to lend or lease assets of all varieties as well as provide servicing and other lifecycle management services. With the US and Canadian asset finance market being constrained by decreasing profit margins and more competition, FIS' advanced asset finance and leasing software enables our clients to transform their businesses and becomes leaders in an evolving sector rapidly adopted digital transformation.

What you will be doing:

As a part of the Business Solutions group focused on pre-sales activities, you will be leading our efforts to take our FIS Asset Finance solution to market. You will be a software focused subject matter expert responsible for demonstrating the value our solutions provide directly to our customers via the following:

  • Configuring demo environments including prospective ad-hoc configuration of features, functions, workflows, and integrations.
  • Presentations must focus on functional application capabilities with features, advantages and benefits clearly articulated for relevant value proposition
  • Providing in-depth and persuasive software demonstrations to prospective clients that Incorporate customer perspective, their drivers, and product/service relevancy
  • Answering RFI/RFPs relating to auto and equipment finance
  • Leading multi-day proof of concept workshops with customers
  • Driving alignment between Product Management and Sales organizations
  • Participate in closing the deal with the sales team What you bring:
    • A passion for software solutions with excellent auto and/or equipment finance industry knowledge and experience (3-7 years hands-on software experience desired)
    • A willingness to travel to customer sites to build relationships (up to 50%)
    • Outstanding sales and presentation skills, including creation of dynamic decks, videos, and live guided software demos.
    • Equally comfortable working independently or as part of a team
    • Ability to organize, prioritize, and multi-task
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Curiosity and a desire to continuously learn Added bonus if you have:
      • Hands-on experience with FIS Asset Finance (Ambit), Auto Suite, Odessa LeaseWave, Oracle Lease Management, Alfa, InfoLease, IDS (now Solifi), LeaseTeam (LTI), Netsol, consultancy work with Accenture, EY, Etc.), sales experience at a leasing company.
      • CPA or CFA certification
      • Database management experience - SQL or Oracle
      • Knowledge related to Technical and Coding skills including HTLM5, APIs, C#, .Net Core, SQL, scripting What we offer you
