At Megalodon Management we specialize in taking our clients' product inquiries and turning them into profitable accounts. This consultative approach has increased our clients' brand popularity and created additional opportunities within our company, for growth and development. Our entry-level Customer Support and Sales Assistants continue to be the point of contact for our customer accounts. They initiate, maintain, and sustain relationships with each of our customers to bolster ROI and revenue. -Internally, we focus on the growth and development of our Customer Support and Sales Assistants. Since the growth we have seen over the last few months, we are seeking someone who can start with us at entry-level, but is invested in the long-term benefits of organic growth with a company. If you have a student mentality, the drive to grow from the entry-level, and are passionate about working with others, this job is for you!
-Entry-Level Customer Support and Sales Assistant Responsibilities:

Execute engagement strategy, connect with potential customer accounts and educate them on their product inquiry and the added benefits of servicesBe a product expert to provide consistent and straightforward customer serviceNegotiate inquiries with precision, while overturning any additional customer objections -Participate and engage in ongoing in-house training and development with other entry-level Customer Support and Sales AssistantsEagerly assist in additional professional tasks and enthusiastically accept challenges
-What We Are Looking For In Our Next Entry-Level Customer Support and Sales Assistants:

A High School Diploma or equivalent is required1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, retail, or related field is highly encouragedExemplary communication skills and negotiation tacticsImpeccable time management skills and the ability to adapt to many situationsDiscipline to self-dedication to constant learning and improvementThe ability to thrive in a fast-paced environmentApproachable, friendly, and positive demeanor while working with entry-level Customer Service and Sales Associates and customersPowered by JazzHR
