JOB TITLE: Junior Sales AssociateAUTHORITY & SUPERVISION: -

Reports directly to the Director of SalesSALES TERRITORIES: -

Western, Massachusetts -Boston, Massachusetts as well as surrounding areasJOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: -

Identifying and pursuing new accounts and business opportunities within the assigned territory.Establishing a visible presence within the territory is a critical aspect of this role, which involves generating leads, expanding the professional network, and fostering relationships.Attendance at scheduled sales meetings and related functions is expected, along with the regular cultivation of new customer contacts and follow-up on leads.Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and product categories is essential to building rapport with customers and increasing the company's value proposition.Other duties and special projects as assignedQUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma or equivalent2+ years sales experienceSales experience in the cannabis industry is preferred -Ability to use CRM SystemHigh attention to detailExcellent time management skillsMust possess exceptional organizational skillsExcellent work ethic, reliability, and professionalismHave genuine and positive energyPossess valid driver's licenseADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum of 21 years of age.Must have reliable vehicle - Personal vehicle usage requiredMust pass all required background checks.Ability to work nights, holidays and weekends.Must be and remain compliant with any and all legal or company regulations for working in the industry.This job function may include being in a stationary position or moving for extended periods of time.
