Safety-Kleen is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their safety conscious team! The Customer Service Representative in this position will need to be passionate about giving superior customer service.

    • Ensures Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times;
    • Receive 40-60 inbound calls from internal or external customers;
    • Provide nationwide support for our clients in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction;
    • Gather customer information, verify key aspects and then determine a timely resolution;
    • Drive to meet or exceed daily performance metrics related to key performance indicators;
    • Be personable and maintain upbeat, positive attitude while communicating with the customers.
    • This position offers an hourly rate, with potential for voluntary overtime up to 10 hours/week for qualifying agents during peak season
    • Training is held from 8:00am to 4:30pm and typically lasts 3 weeks, followed by 3 weeks of supported and supervised 'nesting' time to allow agents to settle into their role
    • Shifts run between 7:00am and 8:00pm, and candidates must be able to work an evening shift ending between 6:00pm and 8:00pm; permanent shifts will be assigned at the conclusion of the 3-week nesting period
      • High School Diploma required;
      • Previous call center experience a PLUS
      • Bilingual Spanish/English a PLUS
      • Customer service experience is a plus but not required;
      • Excited to learn this role and industry;
      • Strong computer skills;
      • Outgoing personality, willing to jump in;
      • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
      • Detail-oriented;
      • Salesforce experience is a plus but not required;
