The ideal candidate will develop and maintain strong client relationships with owners, architects, and industry partners, collaborating with project teams to align business development strategies with operational capabilities. Responsibilities Lead proposal efforts, presentations, and RFP responses to secure new projects. Track market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic planning. Develop and maintain strong client relationships with owners, architects, and industry partners. Collaborate with project teams to align business development strategies with operational capabilities. Essential Skills Sales and business development experience. Strong relationship-building capabilities. Prior experience in the architecture or construction industry. Project management expertise. Additional Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in business development, preferably within construction or related industries. Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers. Knowledge of regional construction market and established industry network. Self-motivated and results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals. Work Environment The role requires working onsite or traveling to meet prospective clients or attending networking events. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Worcester, MA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $175000.00/yr.
