Job Description:

This is an excellent opportunity for an energetic, aggressive sales professional with honed prospecting skills to break into the lucrative aesthetic laser market!

Primary Purpose

-- A successful capital equipment sales professional, located in Boston, will work with and be mentored by a Senior Account Executive to aggressively prospect and develop new leads and customers across a multi-state territory in the exciting, fast growing aesthetic laser market.

-- Gain hands-on education and experience with leading-edge laser technology, while receiving a competitive salary and commissions accelerating your career aspirations. You will be expected to continuously study Fotona's products and the laser aesthetic industry so as to best represent our organization.

Compensation:

Responsibilities:

-- Demonstrate professionalism and establish a strong sense of trust among Fotona's growing customer base.

-- Work and mentor with a Senior Laser Sales Professional to grow sales in the region.

-- Achieving sales quota results in the assigned multi-state territory.

-- Actively seek out new customers through prospecting, trade shows, meetings, and other points of contact. Some travel within a defined territory and flexible work hours, including nights and weekends, are required in this role.

-- Study frequently to remain knowledgeable on products and services offered by Fotona LLC.

-- Have a strong work ethic and represent Fotona with a high level integrity and professionalism.

Skills:

-- Fluent in English (written and verbal).

-- Excellent interpersonal communication skills are a must.

-- A strong passion for Prospecting and Sales is required for this role.

-- Intermediate experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

-- Experience using CRM tools, especially Salesforce, is a big plus.

Education:

-- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a field related to Business or Sales required.
