Job Overview The successfulcandidate will have a proven track record driving net new sales strategy in adynamic environment and have proven ability to take ideas to execution. S/he will combine the ability to negotiate atsenior levels with clients, be a strategic thought leader while remainingattentive to detail, and operate on the front line as a creative problemsolver, deal closer and relationship builder. This is an excellent opportunityfor someone who is passionate about early childhood education and reinvestmentin the future by improving diversity in the workplace. Job Responsibilities Develop and implement short and longterm strategic sales plans that meet or exceed company goals Engage senior executive HRleadership prospects (i.e. Chief Human Resources Officer, VP Total Rewards) todevelop long-term client relationships and strategic client-focused outcomes Maintain a track record of definingand negotiating complex deals, including enterprise partnerships Partner with the corporatedevelopment team in developing "add-on" solutions that can be quicklyoperationalized and are fully aligned to client need and budget priorities Proven ability to identify businessopportunities from strategic and operational perspectives, skillfullycommunicate and influence stakeholders both internally as well as externally Attend key conferences and engage innetworking opportunities as a champion of the brand, resulting in mutuallybeneficial partnerships Develop solid internal and externalrelationships to create new sales leads and convert them into profitableclients via value-based sales processes Facilitate the end-to-end process oftransitioning new prospects from the pipeline stage into execution ofcontracts, development of new centers Partner with finance to ensure thatcontract models are profitable and minimize risk Partner closely with marketing todevelop winning sales presentations that enhance brand value and enhance theclient experience Develop a deep understanding of thecompetitive landscape to guarantee that KinderCare Education at Work maintainsa leading edge with regard to programs, pricing, and servicesQualification: Qualifications 10+ years of sales hunter experiencewith increasing responsibility in B2B business development roles Strong ability to influence keydecisions makers in the C-Suite, evangelizing the benefits of increasedcorporate investment in education-oriented B2B services Demonstrated skill in thedevelopment and implementation of successful sales plans and processes thatresult in rapid growth and increased market share in large scale, multi-year,outsourcing transactions Strong goal orientation and naturalinclination to accept accountability for delivering results; collaborative andteam-oriented nature. Bachelor's degree required,preferably in business or education, and a Master's degree is preferred Experience selling into thefollowing verticals is preferable\: healthcare, higher education, government andhigh tech
