focused on antibodies and NANOBODY molecules as therapeutic
modalities. Our platform enables and partners closely with other
research platforms and Sanofis therapeutic areas (Immunology &
Inflammation, Immuno-Oncology, Rare & Neurologic Diseases) in the
discovery and ultimate delivery of new candidate molecules. We are
seeking a talented and highly motivated Senior Associate Scientist
to join our dynamic team in the Molecular, Expression and Screening
Technologies (MEST) Group within Sanofis North America R&D LMR
organization. The lab-based candidate will be responsible for the
ultra-high-throughput expression of protein/antibody tools and
therapeutic candidates designed by state-of-the-art digital AI/ML
models and structural biology using cutting-edge automated systems.
The candidate will work closely with other functional groups in
MEST as well as LMR (Antibody Discovery, Protein Production and
Protein Engineering) to discover new therapeutic antibodies. The
focus of this position is on the day-to-day operation of
high-throughput protein production systems including scheduling
software, maintenance and troubleshooting of this system and its
components. Experience with mammalian cell culturing, maintenance
and expansion of cell lines as well as the transfection of
mammalian cells using recombinant DNA are key. The demand for
production of complex variants has significantly increased year on

running automation and high throughput instrumentation including
liquid handlers (Tecan/Hamilton). Hands-on experience with
transient mammalian protein expression Experience with mammalian
cell culturing, transfecting mammalian cells with recombinant DNA.
Ability to work with biological registration systems (example:
GeneData Biologics). Ability to transform and analyze large
datasets through a variety of methods (e.g., Spotfire). Must be
proficient with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office
applications. Detail-oriented, strong skills in organization, time
management, and teamwork are essential. Ability to present findings
to diverse scientific groups in clear and concise manner.
Preferred: Molecular Biology skills are desired. About You Basic

years of experience in a research laboratory or a biopharma/biotech
