What You’ll Be Doing: - Provide skilled nursing care in the comfort of patients’ homes — wound care, catheter management, med management, diabetic care, and more. - Perform thorough assessments and build personalized care plans that actually work for the patient (not just the chart). - Educate patients and families with compassion and clarity — no medical jargon overload. - Document efficiently using a user-friendly EMR (because you have better things to do than fight with software). - Handle visits that range from routine wellness checks to complex case management.
